Seeking a CF for a Beautiful Townhouse in Alexandria
Hello! I am looking for a roommate to join our beautiful townhouse! The townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath in Alexandria (on the border of Arlington). We are minutes away from Target, Giant and Trader Joes and many other stores! We are a 15 minute drive from DC without traffic and between 25 and 45 minutes with traffic.
My roommate and I are in our twenties and are looking for someone to join our little abode. I would love for us to enjoy community together. We both value community and loving one another well! I also have a sweet 4 month old puppy!
The room is available anytime!
Rent: $800/mo
Utilities: Approximately $75-$100/month
Parking: $35/month
Lease/application fee: $175 one time fee
