3CF Looking for 1CF for House located near Mosaic District for $707

Hello! We are 3 CF's looking for a 4th housemate.  We live on about an acre of land that our wonderful landlord takes care of!  Our house is a mile and a half away from Mosaic, and between the Vienna and Merrifield Metro. The available room has a private entrance off of the driveway (plenty of parking), was recently renovated (within the past few years), and has a very nice private bath.  We share up to date and spacious common areas that we like to keep clean.  We also have a tiered deck and fire pit overlooking a private backyard!
