Room Available for CF in Tysons $565
Hello!
There is a room available in a 3Br/2Ba condo located in Tysons/Mclean just inside of the Beltway near 66. It is close to both Mclean Metro and West Falls Church Metro. There is also a metro bus stop right outside the condo. It's a good central location with tons of shopping nearby, with Tysons mall being a 15 minute walk. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market are within a 20 minute walk. Safeway is down the street and gas stations are close by.
Rent is $565/month plus utilities. The bathroom is share with one other person. Water is included in rent and other utilities are internet and electricity (~$40-$50/month). There is a washer/dryer in the unit and additional larger ones downstairs in the building's laundry room. There is also a pool and parking on site. The room available comfortably fits a queen with dresser and desk. Closet is large. There is also a storage unit available downstairs.
The room is available October 1st. If an earlier date is needed, arrangements can be made.
