Seeking CM to share Great NAVY YARD Apartment - Available

Hi - 

My name is Riley Booker and I am a 30yr old Naval Officer stationed in D.C. and I attend/volunteer at Barracks PM and have lived in the area about a year and a half.

I have a great apartment (2BD/1BA) in Navy Yard DC and am looking for a CM roommate to occupy the second bedroom. Rent is $1200 plus shared utilities and internet (about $50-75 per person). The lease has about 6 months left through March 15 and could be renewed after that. The apartment is in a new building two blocks from the Navy Yard metro and a quick walk to Nats Park.  It has an in-unit washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. The building has lots of amenities including a game room, movie theater, conference room, work office space,  gym, and a pool. There's also garage parking for an additional fee.
