2 CFs seeking 3rd CF to to join our home in Alexandria, VA
Two small bedrooms are available for one CF in a 4 BR/ 3 and 1/2 BA townhouse in Alexandria, VA.
The residence is a townhouse located in Alexandria, VA. We are just off of rout 1. There is a Target and Walmart Super-center less then 1 mile away and numerous restaurants.
We are less than 10 minutes from Old Town and 7 minutes from Huntington metro station. There is a bus stop right outside of our community. Our neighbors are pretty friendly. I have lived in Norther VA over 4 years and this is the first place I have been where people say hello and seem to take an interest in one another; the community also has events on occasion.
Rent for the 2 rooms available is $800 per month plus internet/cable, gas and electric (around $100 per person a month).
Both rooms are available for your own personal use (a bedroom and sitting room, or a bedroom and extra storage space 
). Either room should accommodate a full size bed and a dresser; both rooms have a closet with shelving. You will also your own bathroom most of the time, unless someone in the house has company.
We have nice kitchen with plenty of storage space. There is a large pantry and we also have a garage for any overflow. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a dishwasher We also have a lovely deck!
The room is available right away.
