Classy Reston Townhouse/Apartment for CM

Hi,

I live in a wonderful Reston townhouse/apartment.  It's 2 bedroom. 2 bath. Granite countertops.  Wood floors.  Shag carpeting. 

A HUGE porch.  Walking distance to the grocery store and Glory Days restaurant and Chic Fil A.   Peaceful neighborhood and lots of walking trails.  

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease OR someone to move in to the 2nd bedroom.
