Looking for a CF to fill the master bedroom in a 2BR/2BA victorian style home. The location is perfect just blocks away from both the eastern market strip and potomac avenue metro station. The home has a lot of natural light, carpeted bedrooms and wood kitchen/living room floor. The home is quiet and kept very clean. Neighbors of the complex are young adults and friendly! Rent is $1480/month + utilities. This is private, unfurnished room on the second floor with a shared bathroom. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. The room is available September 1st.
TERMS
> 8 Month Lease (September 1st 2018 - April 30th 2019)
> Also open to renting beginning on October 1st
HIGHLIGHTS
> 11 minute walk to Eastern Market Station
> 6 minute walk to Potomac Avenue Station
