Room Available in Capitol Hill for CF
Hello! Looking to fill 1 bedroom in a 2br/2ba row house in Capitol Hill. The home is located on 12th and I SE, 0.3 mi (6 min) walk to Potomac Avenue metro station, 0.6 mi (12 min) walk to Eastern Market metro station (orange/blue/silver line)/Capitol Bikeshare. Barrack's Row on 8th Street is 4 blocks away and has a variety of great restaurants and cafes (Rose's Luxury, Ambar, Matchbox Pizza, Cava Mezze, etc). Harris Teeter is a 4 minute walk and Trader Joe's is 4 blocks away (near Eastern Market metro station).
There is a lot of natural light in the row house, carpeted bedrooms and wooden floors in the living/kitchen space. Central A/C with in house washer and dryer.
The room is available September 1st or later. Rent is $1180/month + utilities. The room is not furnished and is on the smaller side, fitting a twin size bed. The lease would be at least 8 months to 1 year and move-in date can be flexible. Street parking is always available.
