House of Christian women looking for Christian female (CF) to rent a detached in-law suite until July 31, 2019. Move-in date is flexible.
Location: Spacious three-year old townhouse in a family friendly neighborhood in Alexandria. Close to parks, biking/walking trails, department stores, and restaurants (e.g. Target and Cava). Commuter friendly, near metro and bus stops.
Room details: $950 per month. The in-law suite includes a full bath, kitchenette, decent-sized closet, twin mattress, bed frame, table and chair, two walls of windows, recessed lighting, and wine fridge. It is essentially a private studio apartment. Street parking is available (no permit required). Full access to common areas in main house including living, dining, kitchen and laundry room, backyard patio and roof patio. The laundry room is located in the main house on the third floor.
About us: Young professional women who love Jesus, are mission minded, seek to grow in community and aim to create a home environment that is welcoming to others.
About you: A young professional who is clean, responsible, and respectful of others and the house. Ideal roommate has a strong relationship with Jesus and is actively involved in a church community. Our hope is that this person would be part of our house community, which intentionally invests in each other’s lives and shares what God is doing, how He is working, and desires to grow in Christ together. No pets allowed. No boyfriends/fiancés for overnight stays.
