We are looking for a young adult Christian Male to move into our Townhome. It is avaliable in September. It is a shared townhouse with 3 other Christian males who keep the place clean and get along great. The rental is a large finished basement and full private bathroom. The house is furnished, has a 65 inch TV, and other goodies.  You will also have access to a community gym and outdoor pool.  It is located is near the fair oaks mall. The house is 6 miles away from the Vienna Metro station. Let me know if you would like to come and check it out...

Rent is $750 plus $100 fixed rate utilities = $850 includes all utilities (Electric, Cable, Internet, Gas, Water, Trash) I also pay for a house cleaner to come twice per month
