CF Roommate needed in Courthouse Home
We are in search of a 5th roommate to take over the master bedroom in a gorgeous 4 bedroom home in the Courthouse area of Arlington (1801 N Adams St). The master is full of natural light and super spacious, with two walk in closets and its own bathroom (shower and separate tub). It’s $1300/month plus utilities. If you’re interested, we can get the measurements of the room!
The house has 3 living spaces, a large kitchen, a two car garage, and a to-die-for front porch complete with rocking chairs! It is an 8 minute walk to the Courthouse metro station.
A little about the group - we are a chill group of girls who love to have time together but also have busy schedules outside. We like to be clean (but not crazy) and like to host the occasional gathering of friends.
