We're seeking a 4th roommate in a large 5BR rowhouse in the middle of Georgetown. At $1075 (+$120 or so for utilities), this is an excellent rate for a gorgeous 3 story row house. Just blocks from Georgetown cupcake on M Street NW and Wisconsin Ave. Walkable to shops, restaurants, bars, yoga, dry cleaners, coffee shops, etc. The room is approx 12x14 and has a closet, wood floors, sunlit window, high ceilings, and many built-in bookshelves and cabinets. Bathroom is shared with one other. Full kitchen/washer etc, easy parking with an approx $40 zone permit, and also just 3 blocks north of M street. 10 to 15 minute walk to foggy bottom metro.
We have a great house chemistry but also have independent lives. We prefer a male but we're open to a female if it's the right fit. We never have a problem finding replacement roommates given how great the place is, and we're not looking for a short term deal.
About the three of us remaining - we're all 30's professionals....public relations, fundraiser, lawyer, all outgoing, clean, and with a sense of humor. We're having people come by on a rolling basis. If you're interested, please tell us a little about yourself and your circumstances. Thanks! Two housemates go to NCC and one goes to Grace DC. Main floor of home is fully furnished (kitchen, living room, dining area, outdoor patio).
