The house is by two major bus lines W4 to Naylor Road Metro Station and M6 to Potomac Avenue Metro.

Great for bikers, hikers and all-around outdoorsy peeps. Best for you have a car to get around to major hangouts. The property has a private driveway. ( Streets are unzoned so save $15 bucks for parking) Eastern Market  10min, Navy Yard 11 min, H Street 13 min.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Rent is $1300  not including utilities. Would prefer a one year lease.

No Pets. No Smoking.
