SEEKING CHRISTIAN FEMALE ROOMMATE - MCLEAN, VA - METRO ACCESSIBLE - $900/MO+UTILITIES

I own a 2BR/2BA condo (1,100 sq ft) in McLean, VA, less than 1/2 mi from the McLean metro station (silver line) and am seeking a Christian, female roommate to occupy the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom (awesome whirlpool tub) is yours and would be shared with guests.

Condo is in a gated community with fitness center, pool, tennis courts, and pool tables for your enjoyment. I can furnish the room if you prefer, or you can bring your own bedroom furniture.

Rent is $900/mo + utilities. I do have a dog (basset hound)

Will be available by 01/01/2017.
