Looking for spot on/near Cap. Hill

Hey, all!

I currently live in Arlington, but I’m looking to move into the city, preferably near Cap Hill. I'm looking for a single room in a house with other CM roommates in the $650-$850 price range (I'm flexible, however).

I’m 29 and come from Pittsburgh originally. I studied linguistics and Christian ministries at Geneva College for undergrad. For grad school, I studied linguistics and translation at the University of Westminster in London. I’m pretty easy-going and social. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, writing, reading, running, playing sports (volleyball, tennis, and ultimate are my favorites), and volunteering at my church, Grace Capital City.
