$1150 -- Bedroom/Private Bath in Spacious House

Jack, Lance, and I are looking for a 4th person to join our 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath house in Tysons! We're 3 miles from the Tysons malls and 3 miles from Ballston in Arlington. It's a 15 minute drive to Georgetown and a 20 minute drive to DCA. The house has a large deck, yard, and free parking, in addition to abundant communal space.
You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, as well as use of all the common space, including a study, guest bedroom, two living rooms, deck with grill, and more. There's a garage and ample street parking and temperature-controlled storage space in the basement. While we're not walking distance to a metro, the Arlington 23 bus runs every 10 minutes from the end of our street (1000 feet away) and goes straight to the Ballston and McLean stations.
We're looking for August/September move-in and asking for $1,150 a month + utilities, with flexible lease duration up to two years. The room can come partially furnished or empty!

Lance: UVa 2014, works at Capital One, loves Taco Bell so much that they'll probably cater our wedding
Daniel: GCC 2011, works at a hedge fund and in US intelligence, owns a distillery (i.e. free whiskey)
Jack: UVa 2014, plays saxophone and pickles things at Number 1 Sons
