NE DC Basement Available Mid-August

My roommates and I just moved to a great house on Bennett PL NE. The roommate living in the basement just got a sweet new gig out in California, so we are looking for one more guy to rent the basement available in mid-August for $950 + utilities. The house is located 1.5 miles from CHBC and 1 block away from the free DC Streetcar that stops at Union Station and under a mile from the blue/orange/silver metro. The block has five other houses owned by CHBC families that share in community and fellowship.

The basement is a large open area with a full bathroom and pantry. The main floor includes a living room, dining room, sunroom, and kitchen. The shared washer, dryer, utility sink, and chest freezer are located in the basement pantry. I've posted a few pictures of the space below.
