CF looking for a new place to call home

Hi! My name is Jordan Lane, I am a 33 year old/female from CA. I have lived in Washington DC for the last 7 years. I currently work on the Hill for a Member of Congress from Louisiana. 

I live in the Eastern Market area currently and to move by August 20th. I would ideally like to live on the Hill and walking distance from a Metro stop. I am not picky about living in an apartment or house and can pay up to $1200 - $1300, obviously would LOVE to find cheaper.
