Basement Apartment - Available Sept 1 - SE DC near Benning Rd Metro

Our basement apartment is available Saturday, September 1st in SE DC and we are looking for a new tenant/tenants, preferably open to a 1 year lease.

About the apartment:
- Recently renovated + clean!
- Approximately 1,100 sq ft
- 1 large bedroom
- 1 bathroom
- 1 living room
- Kitchenette with sink, small electric stove, & cabinets (microwave + toaster not included)
- Full size refrigerator 
- Dedicated washer/dryer + utility room for extra storage
- Dedicated alley driveway parking spot
- Located < 1 mile from Benning Rd metro, < 10 minute drive to Barracks Row / Eastern Market
- Shared patio in the back yard + a fire pit
- The basement has 8 windows and is very well lit.  It also has tall ceilings for a basement (10 feet).
- We live above but the basement apartment is completely independent
- Monthly price $1,300 includes rent and all utilities (gas, water, electric, & internet - but no cable)

About us:
- We have been NCC'rs for 7+ years and regularly attend the Echo Stage campus
- We have been married 4 years, have a 1 year old son, and a lab-mix 3.5 year old dog
- Our current tenants are sadly moving away for new work/opportunity at the end of August so we are hoping to begin a new lease Sept 1st.
