We are looking for a CF to join our house from September 1st through the end of December 2018. The lease would start September 1st but you could move in for free starting August 30th. We live a 1-minute walk away from the Stadium Armory metro stop, with access to the blue, orange, and silver lines; we're about a 20-minute walk from Eastern Market and Trader Joe's. The room is $682.50/mo, of a medium size, with natural light and a window A/C unit, and shared bathroom. In-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, as well a large backyard and parking. Utilities are separate and average about $60-70/mo. You'll be living with three other women, all in our twenties and who enjoy keeping the house tidy, friendly, and hospitable.
