Vacancy in 2 bedroom RAD Georgetown/Dupont Apartment!!

Seeking non-smoking, semi-clean female roomie! The apartment is a 5 min walk to Dupont Circle and West End, 10 min to Georgetown University, and 20 min to U Street. Right next to a capital bikeshare rack and 10 min walk to Dupont and Foggy Bottom Metro stops.

Big, bright living room with lots of space (we face the street so great light!), mini-balcony, bathroom with brand new washer/dryer, kitchen with lots of counter space, and 2 storage closets (not including closets in bedrooms).

Rent + Utilities-- $1,625/person
