looking for 1 or 2 CF roommates, lease to begin Sept. 1
We are two CFs both in at school at Wesley Theological Seminary. We’re wanting to find a house for 3 or 4 women around the Capitol Hill area. We need 1 or 2 more roommates to make it work for us! We’d be comfortable with a year lease, furnished or unfurnished spaces. We’ve been on the hunt, looking at places from $3,000-$3,300. We’d love to move forward on some of them, but need someone else to jump on board with us!
