Room w/ private bathroom available Aug5
Hello!
We are two girls looking for a third roommate since one of our roommates will be moving out Aug.4th.
We live in a basement apartment with a private entrance. We each have our own rooms and our own bathrooms (in our bedrooms). The bedroom fits a queen size bed (pictured is a full) and has a closet, bathroom, and shower. We share a living room, kitchen, laundry room, and extra storage space (pics attached).
We are a 5min walk to Union Station, 10min walk to the Capitol, 3 blocks to Giant grocery store, and a block away from two mini food markets.
$850 a month, plus utilities (varies, but normally less than $100 a month).
About us:
I work on Capitol Hill as a press secretary and my housemate works as a reporter. We are looking for a roommate who is clean and friendly, preferably a girl. We mostly keep to ourselves but enjoy chatting and hanging out when we have free time.
