Opening for CM in Falls Church Home on August 5 - $695 (includes utilities)

1950's Cape Cod Single Family Home has opening for a male to join house after August 5.  Available room is the Master Bedroom, is 11x11 and furnished with queen size bed, desk, chair, dresser, bookcase and night stand.

    I'm interested in learning more about the potential of renting. How many people will be living in the home? Do you have any pictures? Is it walking distance to a metro?

    There is also a retired racing greyhound in the home.  Misty is a sweet affectionate 6 year old that enjoys retirement and sleeps 16 hours a day and lounges around the rest.  She would be an immediate friend to you.  Would potentially entertain permitting another dog in home, would have to see how your dog gets along with her.
