Room Available for CM in Columbia Heights Group House
Gentlemen: we have one room available in a Columbia Heights group house beginning August 1st.
The location is pretty unbeatable: around the corner from all the restaurants/bars on 11th St. (The Coupe, El Chucho, Red Rocks, etc…), and a short walk to two huge grocery stores (Safeway and Giant), two Metro stations (Columbia Heights and Georgia Ave/Petworth), and everything else you could need from 14th Street (Chick-Fil-A, Target, Cava, Chipotle, etc).
The room (roughly 140 sq ft) shares a bathroom with one other roommate, features ample closet space and good lighting. Space-wise, it easily accommodates a queen-size bed, dresser, desk, and bookshelf. Rent is $850/month plus utilities.
The makeup of the house is a group of mid-to-late-20s Christian male young professionals keen on building a strong sense of community in the house.
We’re looking for someone willing to sign a 1-year lease.
