Mature CF ISO room or apartment in Capitol Hill

Would love to be in a faith filled home with other CFs.  I'm neat, considerate, low key, no drama.  Very involved at NCC.

Budget: around $1200

Looking for an apartment or room in Capitol Hill within walking distance to Union Station.  Would like to have laundry in apartment, or in building.  I've recently relocated to DC, and my short term rental is up at the end of July.
