I am looking for someone willing to sign a year lease starting August 1 (there is some flexibility with timing.)

The lease is for an open room in a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on 3rd and East Capitol NE. The apartment is a block behind the Supreme Court, about a 7 minute walk to the Capitol South Metro station and 10 minutes to Union Station. The living room and kitchen are furnished with the opportunity to purchase bedroom furniture. Rent is $1,200 and includes utilities.
