Looking for stellar CF to join girls rowhouse on Capitol Hill as early as Dec. 15th

Hi, everyone!

We have a spacious, light-filled room (with a fireplace!) opening up as early as December 15th. We’re 5 girls in the rowhouse, each with our own bedroom, and we’ve really lucked out with a gorgeous location on East Capitol Street, just a few blocks from the US Capitol. It’s a beautiful, safe neighborhood and we’re looking for a stable, friendly CF to join us. Lease is annual.

Available: As early as December 15th
Rent: $1,015
Utilities: $75-120 per person depending on the season (internet/electricity/water/heat)
Pictures: We’re taking new photos, but Zillow offers some great older photos (www.zillow.com/homedetails/313-E-Capitol-St-SE-Washington-DC-20003/414931_zpid/)

Living Space:
We have a cozy living room with a fireplace and an adjacent dining room with plenty of space and room for hosting others.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is surprisingly large, with an island and granite countertops.
– Stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, and plenty of mugs
– Microwave, refrigerator, oven and gas stove
– Shelving in the kitchen for food and kitchen supplies, designated to each person

Bathroom:
This room has a shared bathroom with one other roommate.
– Shower
– Space for storing bathroom toiletries and necessities

Outdoor Space:
Our house has a great back deck overlooking a surprisingly big yard. If you’re familiar with Capitol Hill, grassy yards are quite rare. Some deem the alley way next to our house one of their favorites on the hill. You’d also have access to a large farmhouse table a few of us built to host people.

About the neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and safe full of dog owners, joggers and bikers. We’re just a block from the Folger’s Shakepeare Library, three blocks from the Supreme Court and the Capitol.
