Short-term summer lease Jul-Aug $1208 in Gallery Place private bedroom

I am looking for someone to sublet my private, furnished apartment in Gallery Place/Chinatown from July 15-August 28. Rent for July would be pro-rated and utilities range from 40-50 a month (total of $1208/month). You have a spacious private bedroom which includes furniture, access to a rooftop pool and grills, a gym, 24 hour security, and a 5 minute walk to the Gallery Place/Chinatown metro! You share the apartment's bathroom and walk-in closet with another female in her mid-20's who is clean and friendly!
