I’m looking to find a replacement for my room in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Senate Square. The roommates are 2 amazing young professional women & one friendly cat. Females only. 

I'm looking for someone as early as July 1st (though I'm relatively flexible with the move-in date) & the lease ends in April 2019 with the option to resign the lease. I'm really looking for someone to finish out the lease. Please don't contact me if you are only looking for a summer or short term option. 

Financial Details:

• Rent is $1285 for a large sunny bedroom 
• Utilities are about $75 per person (electric, cable, internet) 
• Secure garage parking available for extra $175 per month 
• NO security deposit (yay!) but there is a $500 lease-change fee 

Location:

• 10 minute walk to NoMa and Union Station metro stops 
• Right off the free DC streetcar 
• Minutes away from the H-Street restaurants and bars & Union Market 
• Short walk to the Capitol
