Seeking CF for room/basement available $1050 July 15 Silver Spring metro
The Roommates:
We're two mid and late twenties Christian female professionals who both work in DC; we both like cooking, baking, coffee, and chocolate. We host occasional dinners/movie nights/game nights, but also have busy, independent lives. We're getting a small, fluffy, indoor cat in July.
We're looking for one or two people to rent the basement of our house.
The Space:
A finished basement; two bedroom-sized rooms, a living room, a private bathroom with a shower, and a private entrance; all unfurnished/empty.
The Rest of the House:
A shared living room/ bathroom/ dining room/ kitchen upstairs.
All new fridge and dishwasher upstairs & water heater downstairs.
Washer/dryer + extra pantry + extra fridge/freezer in basement mudroom.
Backyard with a small vegetable garden.
The Price:
Utilities, including water, gas, electric, and wifi, run about $80 per month.
Rent is $1050 for the full space
The Neighborhood:
Street parking; $20 per year to parking anywhere in neighborhood (including directly in front of house)
10 minute walk: Wheaton Metro, Safeway, CVS, lots of strip stores and restaurants
20 minute walk: Target, Giant, Costco, and JoAnn (plus everything else in Westfield Wheaton Mall), Wheaton library
5 minute drive: Aldi, H Mart, 495
10 minute drive: Downtown Silver Spring and more!
Move-in Timeframe:
Can start moving in after July 15th, 2018, by August 1. Preference given to a year long lease.
