$700/month room for male in Anacostia, 3 blocks from metro
Come join our townhouse two blocks from the Anacostia metro, built in 2015. Room is $725/month, plus utilities (roughly $30/month). Room is medium sized, has a large walk in closet, and shares a bathroom with one other guy. There are three of us total in the house, including new person. Move in date is flexible.
It's a month to month lease, though it'd be great to have someone who's interested in sticking around for a bit and investing in our house and neighbors (who are a pretty tight group). I attend Anacostia river church and my roommate goes to a church in Greenbelt.
The room will be unfurnished (currently has furniture in pics) but the rest of the house is pretty set. Optional garage parking available for $50/month (though plenty of street parking available for free).
