I'm looking for a female housemate for my Falls Church townhouse.  The available room is furnished and has it's own private bathroom. My townhouse is located 
in Falls Church near Seven Corners- 3 miles from East Falls Church Metro (orange line). Rent: $1,000/mo + utilities. Metro bus stop close. Free parking, pool and back deck.  No pets, children or smoking.  Flexible term lease.
