$750 Fairfax Corner Townhouse- 1 BR available immediately for CF
This room is available starting 6/1. $750 rent, utilities additional- utilities include electric, gas, water, trash, and internet that is split three ways. Usually comes out to be around 70-85 a month depending on the season.
We are seeking a female roommate only for our spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo in Fairfax, VA. We are professionals in our mid-20s and would like someone of the same lifestyle. An elementary school teacher and business professional. On our spare time we are very active and enjoy being outdoors! Our space can either be a short term lease from June 1st- July 31st or a year long lease.
EASY access to 66, 29, 50 and HOV Monument Dr exit. Our Shared Space: Fully furnished all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops! Washer/dryer in unit Central air/heat Garage, driveway and visitor parking space.
