Columbia Heights / Shaw room available mid-June through July w/potential for renewal

Hi! I'm moving to Uganda temporarily and I'd love to fill my room in a great flat at 14th and W NW. My female roommate is great. 2 bed, 1.5 bath, furnished, $1,200 in total (July rent). Please send me an email petersml@gwmail.gwu.edu for photos and to come by. I'm willing to help subsidize the rent if needed, would just love to get the room filled!
