Openings for 3 CM tenants in DC townhouse 2 min walk from OR/BL/Silver Metro
Two-floor unit in Hill East townhouse, less than a block from Stadium-Armory Metro - OR/BL/Silver line, has 3 openings for Christian male tenants.
Available Nov. 15 - move-in preferred ASAP after that date.
Current tenant is an active Capitol Hill Baptist Church member. Landlords live in first-floor unit -- we're a married couple, CHBC members.
The rooms currently open: One room is a converted dining room furnished with a large armoire built-in, a desk, a chair, and an extra-long twin bed (Can definitely be unfurnished if you prefer; is the only sleeping area on the 2nd floor). The second room is a dorm-sized room on the 3rd floor across from the shared hall bath. The 3rd room is a master bedroom with private, en-suite bathroom and a large closet.
Total rent is $3,000, split between the 4 tenants as they see fit. Well below market rate.
One parking space shared between upstairs tenants; plenty of street parking available. Kitchen with granite countertops. Living room and large outdoor space perfect for entertaining (grill, table, firepit shared with us downstairs). Utilities are separate but fairly cheap -- esp. electricity, due to solar panels. Wifi shared with us downstairs. Central heating and air. Close to Metro, but also super close to highway.
