Basement suite available for CF--VA Square Metro, Great location!

We are two Christian ladies looking for a third roommate for our three-bedroom, two-bathroom, townhome in Arlington. We are conveniently located three blocks north of the Virginia Square metro on the orange line. We live across the street from a grocery store, and we are just a few minutes walk from the shops of Clarendon and Ballston. You can easily get around if you don’t have a car, and if you do have a car, street parking is available with a permit.

Our townhouse has 3 floors, with two bedrooms and a bath located on the second floor, and the third bedroom and a bath located in the basement. Laundry is available in the basement. The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and we have a nice outdoor patio in our backyard. The available room is located in the basement complete with laundry room (shared with roommates) and private bath and will be available July 1 (earlier move-in time okay!). The rent is $950/month, which doesn’t include utilities, electric, and cable/internet which are split three ways. You'll also be required to take over a portion of managing utility bills. No lease, month-to-month. Sorry, no pets.
