CM or CF roommate 1000-1400, Mount Pleasant

I am looking for a CM or CF to join me in choosing an apartment.  I am looking in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood for a 2 br place.  The ideal roommate would be fun, outgoing, LGBT friendly, and have a budget of $1000-$1400.  I have a few leads that meet both the low and high end of that spectrum, so please contact me if you are anywhere between those numbers!  I can send photos and info regarding each of the places.  I've done a lot of the work already!
