$1400 Mount Pleasant Apartment. 2br/2ba with Rooftop deck (17th and Park Rd NW)
I am looking for someone, Male or Female, to join in a 2 bedroom apartment with in-suite laundry, 2 bathrooms, and a roof deck. The unit is $2500 total but a fair split seams to be 1100/1400 (I am looking to take the 1100). I may be willing, however, to negotiate the price a bit.
