This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is beautiful and cozy! With a private entrance, this is an introvert's dream. The washer/dryer is in the basement and is shared with the house. Rent is $1800/month while utilities range around $100-150/month. This is a wonderful location for those attending/working at Catholic University and MedStar Hospital. Located just 6 blocks from the metro, this house is tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood that has access to more bustling parts of DC. Primrose (French bistro) is right down the street, Brookland's Finest is just 2 blocks away and Monroe Street (myriad coffee shops, restaurants/bars) is within a 15 minute walk! Apartment available mid-June. There will be 4 christian women living in the house, so we would prefer to have a christian female or christian couple living in the apartment but can be flexible.
