CF Household Seeking 1 Roommate to Move In Mid-June -- $750 Brookland
Hi there!
We have a spare bedroom opening in mid-June for $650 + ~$100/month utilities in Brookland (NE D.C.). We are 6 blocks away from the metro and have a bunch of fun restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance. It's a house of extroverted introverts who love meeting new people, but need our quiet time as well! We love hosting friends for dinner parties and game nights. This is the perfect location for women attending/working at Catholic University or MedStar Hospital. There's a washer/dryer in the house as well as a private drive and a large backyard.
