CF Looking for Housing Near American University
Hey there!
I'm a 23 year old female moving from Texas to DC in August for grad school at American. I'd prefer housing near American (Tenleytown metro stop), but I'm flexible. I'd like to keep rent under 1k (including utilities). Preferably no pets because I'm allergic (lame, I know). Also, I'm bringing my car so parking will need to be an option (man, I'm starting to sound high maintenance).
A bit more about me: I plan to attend Passion City Church and hope to be very involved there. I love college football and am a die hard SEC fan (Gig 'em Aggies). I'm pretty 50/50 when it comes to socializing vs. netflix marathoning, but definitely down for both. I'm super easy going and can get along with anyone. Most importantly, I just need a roof over my head come August 1.
