Looking for CF roommate, Open bedroom near H St NE, $750
my current roommate and I are looking for someone to fill our third bedroom. It is a cozy room with a closet and a nice window. It fits a twin bed and a dresser. The room is furnished. We are looking for someone who is clean and friendly. The house has a new stove and dishwasher, marble countertops, and central air/heat. The location is perfectly near Giant, Whole Foods, the new Trader Joe’s and Union Market, and about a 30 min walk to Eastern Market. We are 7 min from the NoMa metro stop and about 10 min to Union Station. We are both in our late twenties—I Work in public health/government, and my roommate is starting grad school at Johns Hopkins in the fall. We are normally in bed early and up early, due to work schedules. We enjoy cooking and meal prepping on the weekends and being active outside. We are looking for a July 1 move in date. Rent is $750, plus utilities, which is normally no more than $100 each per month.
