11/16 -Upper NW DC, one room with full bath, $1k/month, one block from Tenleytown Redline Metro (CM)
I'm a christian male (early 30s) looking for another male to fill a vacant room for rent across the hall from my current apartment/room. Mid-late November or early December move in date would be ideal. I've attended NCC for some years and have heard good things about this forum.
Basic info:
- Approx. 1k/month
- 1 block from Tenleytown Metro and various Wisconsin Avenue NW bus stops
- Decent size full/private bathroom
- Balcony
- Medium sized closet
- Washer/dryer on lower level of building
- Zone 3 street parking. It's easy to find a spot within a block of the building but you'll need that Zone 3 sticker.
- While the room is basically a studio apartment under lock and key, just outside of the room is a kitchenette that we would share. I try to keep this space pretty clean.
- Small attic
- No pets
- Emphasis on respect and cleanliness
