Summer Sublet for Christian Guy: May 27 to July 27
Looking for a CM to sublease my apartment from the end of May to the end of July. It's a very spacious 1BR in a 2BR/1BA apartment right by the heart of Rosslyn and very easy access to the District and the Orange Line corridor in Arlington. Ideal for interns or short-term arrangements here in DC, can be either a one-month or two-month deal.
The room is $1,150/mo and you would share a spacious living and dining space in a very nice neighborhood with another great CM. We both attend Emmanuel PCA and have also attended Grace DC in the past throughout grad school at Georgetown. We're right by the W&OD bike trail, Key Bridge, a very nice neighborhood, and plenteous dining and social options in Rosslyn and Court House.
