Room for Christian Male in Herndon/Sterling Townhouse ~$575/month (utilities & internet included)
Hello, we are looking for a Christian male to replace an outgoing roommate. Room is available starting 1 May 2018. The room is on the third floor of a 4br/3.5bath townhouse, has wi-fi included, and the person would share a bathroom with one other Christian male roommate. The house has three other guys and is quiet, as the other roommates are busy professionals between late 20s to late 30s. All roommates are clean, considerate, and respectful. We rotate some chores (like taking out the trash), and there is a maid that comes in once a month to clean. Common areas are available to use, with a dishwasher, living room, storage room, washer and dryer. There is parking in the townhouse complex during the day and 24/7 parking on the side streets.
