Seeking CF to join in search for 3 bed rowhouse in Cap Hill
Hello! I'm on the search for a spacious and homey rowhouse in Cap Hill and if you are a CF who loves dinner parties, community living and Jesus I would love to have you join me!
About the House: I'm (Anna) looking for a 3 bed with a large kitchen and open floor plan in the main living areas. I've found a couple that I'm interested in and would love to have you join me in the application process. We will also have another housemate, Katie, who is moving here from Chicago! Aiming to have rent in the $900-$1200 range, plus utilities. Hoping to move in around May 1.
About Anna: Mid 30s, I work on the Hill and am also a doctoral student, so I stay pretty busy. I'm also an introvert who loves throwing dinner parties, cooking yummy food for myself and other, watching movies, reading books and getting outside. I love people and spending time with them, but also enjoy alone time.
About Katie: Hey My name is Katie! I'm 27 and moving from Chicago. I'm excited to live with Anna because we both love hosting friends, food and also our own chill personal space! We're excited to find another person who shares these same qualities, and I can't wait to meet whoever it ends up being!
About you: Want to live in a house that isn't just a place you live or a room you rent, but live an intentional home. We all live busy lives but would love to have the occasional dinner/happy hour hang out times. Late 20s/30s.
