CF Subleaser Needed for Condo Near Courthouse Metro!

I am looking for someone to take over a lease from May 1st (flexible) to October 1st, with the option to extend the lease for another year. The building in which the condo is housed is called The Williamsburg and is a 4 minute walk from the Courthouse Metro. Private bedroom and bathroom, walk-in closet, assigned parking space in covered garage, washer and dryer in-unit, small storage unit also located in garage. Current roommate is quiet, considers home to be a safe place/refuge, and is very respectful. She attends Grace Community Church in Arlington and works a 9 to 5 job. Rent is $1325; with utilities/internet, cost comes to approximately $1410 per month. No pets please. Feel free to contact me for pictures!
