Seeking Female Housemate for McLean House, $600/month

Rent: $600 per month, plus about $80 per month for utilities.
Location: McLean neighborhood at the Westmoreland/Kirby intersection, on the 15K/L bus line, a half-hour walk from West Falls Church Metro station.
About the house: A single-family home: Full kitchen with appliances. Connected family room with built-in bookshelves, couch/chair, wood fireplace, TV, “Reading room” with couches. . Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. (You'd be sharing a bathroom with two other housemates.) Downstairs: Apartment for one of our housemates. Outside: decent-sized front yard, deck, grill, patio, firepit. Plenty of parking in driveway and on street.
About the roommates: 4 women, mid-20s who attend churches in Arlington and Gaithersburg. We keep common areas tidy and generally hang out in the family room when we're home. We have company (usually game nights or movie nights) two or three times per month.
