Luxury 1 BD apt in North Old Town Alexandria available Nov 1
Hello! A beautiful, luxury 1 bedroom + 1 bath apartment near Old Town Alexandria is available to rent as of November 2nd. You'd be taking over a lease (as I'm moving out of state) and current lease ends 2/7/17. You would have option to renew (or not) after lease's end. Apartment is available on November 2nd. It's a spacious apartment with hardwood floors in living room and kitchen, granite countertops and cherrywood cabinets, large bedroom, 3 closets and washer/dryer included.
It's a gorgeous pet-friendly building full of amenities including gym, rooftop deck, pool, multiple lounge areas and 24 hour concierge. Located next door to Lost Dog Cafe & Sugar Shack Donuts and 5 minute walk to Braddock road metro (1 metro stop or 15-20 minute walk to King Street).
